A full COA is automatically included with every shipment. If you need an additional copy, email support@bioelevatepeptides.com with your order number and lot number. We respond within one business day. COAs include the HPLC chromatogram, ESI-MS spectrum, purity result, endotoxin level, and synthesis date.
Yes. Our Zurich facility can synthesise most peptides from 1mg to 100g. For custom sequences or quantities beyond our catalogue, email support@bioelevatepeptides.com with the sequence, quantity, purity specification, and timeline. We will provide a quotation within 2-3 business days.
All lyophilized peptides ship in validated cold-chain packaging with gel ice packs or dry ice. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Import regulations vary by country and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local import requirements.
Institutional purchasers may be asked to provide a purchase order, a letter of affiliation on institutional letterhead, and confirmation of research purpose. Email support@bioelevatepeptides.com to set up an institutional account. We provide net-30 invoicing for verified institutions.
If you receive a product that does not meet the purity specification on your COA, we will replace or refund it without question. Quality issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos. Email support@bioelevatepeptides.com to initiate a claim.
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to verify that importing the specific compound is legal in their country. Countries with significant peptide import restrictions include Australia, Canada for certain compounds, and several South-East Asian jurisdictions.
For orders above $500 USD we offer volume pricing, priority processing, and net-30 invoicing. Email support@bioelevatepeptides.com with your institution name, required compounds, quantities, and expected order frequency. We will respond within 2-3 business days.
