Products & quality
How are your compounds supplied?
Compounds are supplied as a dry research material in sealed glass vials, labeled with the compound name, amount and lot number.
Are your products tested?
Each batch is tested by an independent lab, and the findings are documented in a lot-specific certificate of analysis.
Where can I find specifications for a compound?
Each product page lists the amount and, where available, the sequence, molecular formula, molecular weight and CAS number.
Do product descriptions make any health claims?
No. Our descriptions identify the compound only. We do not make health or treatment claims about any product.
Why are some prices shown as TBC?
Pricing for some items is still being finalized. Contact us if you need a quote.
Documentation & COAs
What is a certificate of analysis (COA)?
A COA is a lab report for a specific lot. It typically shows identity testing, such as mass spectrometry, and a purity percentage, such as HPLC.
How do I get the COA for my vial?
Every order ships with the COA for its lot. You can also request it by lot number from support.
How do I match a COA to my vial?
Compare the lot number printed on the vial label with the lot number on the certificate. They should match exactly.
Can I request a COA before ordering?
Yes. Contact us with the compound name and we will share the current lot’s certificate.
How do I read a COA?
Our article on reading a certificate of analysis walks through each section. See the Articles page.
Storage & handling
How should sealed vials be stored?
As general lab practice, keep sealed vials cold and protected from light. Always follow the storage notes on the product page and COA.
Should I open the vial when it arrives?
Inspect the package and the seal on arrival, and keep the vial sealed until it is needed for your work.
Is there guidance on handling and lab safety?
Our Peptide Guide covers general receiving, storage, hygiene and documentation practice. Follow your institution’s safety rules.
How do I calculate a solution’s concentration?
Use our Peptide Calculator for amount-per-volume math. It is laboratory math only.

Do I need an account to order?
You can sign in or register on the My Account page. Your order confirmation email also holds your order details.
