These Terms and Conditions govern the use of bioelevatepeptides.com (the “Site”) and all purchases made through it. The Site is operated by Elevate FX LLC, 2315 1/2 Yellowstone Avenue, Billings, Montana 59102, trading as Bio Elevate Peptides (“Bio Elevate Peptides”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligible Customers
We sell only to qualified researchers, academic institutions and licensed laboratories. By placing an order you confirm that you, or the organization you represent, are qualified to purchase, handle and store research reagents in accordance with all applicable laws.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold on this Site are supplied as lyophilized research reagents for in-vitro laboratory research only. Products are Not for human consumption. They are not drugs, food, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Products must not be used on humans or animals.
3. Account Requirement
Product information, pricing and ordering are available only to registered account holders. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. We may approve, suspend or close any account at our discretion, including where we cannot verify research eligibility.
4. Buyer Declaration at Checkout
Before an order can be completed, the buyer must select the research purpose of the order and confirm by checkbox that the products are purchased for laboratory research use only, are Not for human consumption, and will be handled by qualified personnel. Orders without this declaration cannot be placed. We may cancel any order where we have reason to believe the declaration is inaccurate.
5. Orders and Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. An order is accepted only when we confirm shipment. We may refuse or cancel any order, in which case any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. No Resale or Redistribution
Products are sold to the purchasing researcher or laboratory for its own research. Products may not be resold, relabeled or redistributed for any purpose, and in particular may not be marketed or supplied for human or animal use.

Product descriptions, specifications and certificates of analysis are provided for research reference only. We make no claims regarding any use of the products other than laboratory research.
8. Buyer Responsibilities
- Comply with all laws and regulations that apply to the purchase, import, storage, handling and disposal of research reagents.
- Ensure products are handled only by trained personnel in a suitable laboratory setting.
- Store products according to the storage conditions stated on the product page and label.
9. Limitation of Liability
Products are provided as described, without any other warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from misuse of products or use contrary to these Terms.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate FX LLC (Bio Elevate Peptides) from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of products or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
